How allowances work

  • A video up to 60 seconds uses one project slot; over 60 and up to 120 seconds uses two.
  • Slots are used once a video is made, even if you don’t export it. Each paid project includes one full redo, which uses no extra slot.
  • Exporting an MP4 uses render units on the same 60-second basis. Downloading it again, or exporting unchanged content, is free.
  • Editing text, colours, music and scenes never uses an allowance.
  • If something fails on our side, the allowance it reserved is returned.
  • Allowances reset each month and don’t roll over.
  • Paid projects are kept for 90 days and trial projects for 7 days from when they’re made. Download the MP4s you want to keep.
