Who we are

NeonCut is operated by Asif Technologies Inc. (operating as NeonCut), which is responsible for the information described in this policy. Reach us at contact@neoncut.app.

The information we use

NeonCut uses your account email and verification status to provide access to your workspace. We process the websites, recordings, voice memos, saved webpages, project names, scene edits, and other content you choose to submit, along with generated transcripts, previews, and exports. We retain operational records of generation, rendering, account activity, errors, and allowance usage so the service can function and reservations can be reconciled.

How your content is processed

Your content is processed to capture source information, transcribe speech, generate a video structure, render previews and exports, and store your projects. AWS provides account, infrastructure, storage, and email services. AssemblyAI transcribes speech in recordings and voice memos. Anthropic provides AI generation. Stripe processes subscription payments and billing information. Card details are handled through Stripe rather than entered into the NeonCut editor.

Cookies and account security

NeonCut uses essential session cookies to sign you in and protect account access. Private projects and assets are associated with your account. Signed upload and download links provide time-limited access to the relevant media. Do not share those links with people who should not have access to the content.

How long content stays

Trial project content is retained for seven days from generation, and paid project content for 90 days from generation. Expiry dates appear in your workspace. Source assets, project revisions, previews, and exports are removed when the retention period ends. Billing, security, and allowance records may be retained separately where needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can edit or delete projects in your workspace and request account deletion in Settings. Account deletion requires active jobs to finish and an active subscription to be cancelled first. To ask about access to or correction of account information, or make a privacy request, email contact@neoncut.app.
