Your account and content

NeonCut is provided by Asif Technologies Inc. (operating as NeonCut). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Use an email address you control, verify it before generating, and keep your login details secure. Upload or link to content only when you have the rights and permissions needed to process it. You remain responsible for the content you submit and share. Do not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute harmful content, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.

The preview trial

Each verified account receives one successful AI generation up to 60 seconds, browser preview and manual editing, and seven-day project retention. The trial does not include MP4 export. A paid plan is required to export.

Monthly plans and allowances

Builder costs $29 USD per month and includes 20 project slots and 60 render units. Founder costs $59 USD per month and includes 50 project slots and 150 render units. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Monthly allowances reset without rollover. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

An output up to 60 seconds uses one project slot; over 60 and up to 120 seconds uses two. Slots are reserved when generation starts and consumed when generation succeeds, even if the project is not exported. Paid projects include two successful AI generations in total: the initial version and one full redo. A two-slot project still includes two generations. Manual text, color, template, and timeline edits do not consume an AI generation.

Each new MP4 uses one render unit up to 60 seconds, or two up to 120 seconds. An unchanged project reuses its existing render, and repeated downloads do not consume units. Service failures restore the relevant reservation. A preference change after a successful generation uses the included redo.

Uploads, output, and retention

Audio and video sources are limited to 120 seconds and 500 MB. Saved webpages are limited to 60 MB. Paid exports are watermark-free 1080p MP4 files at 30 fps. Projects are retained for 90 days from generation on paid plans and seven days on the trial. Download any exports you want to keep before the displayed expiry date. Expiry removes project content and its associated source assets, revisions, and exports.

AI output and your review

AI-generated text, captions, and scenes may contain errors. Review the project for accuracy, suitability, and rights before sharing it. The editor allows you to change generated content manually. Generation and rendering may take time and can be interrupted by service failures.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through Settings and the billing portal. A scheduled plan change applies at the next renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the current period ends, and cancelling does not itself delete your account.

You can ask for a full refund within 3 days of a subscription's first payment or of a renewal. After that, the payment for the current period is not refunded. For a billing problem, an unexpected charge, or a service failure that did not restore your allowance, contact contact@neoncut.app. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Liability and governing law

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Asif Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
